What to Bring?
For some of you, this may be your child’s first time participating in gymnastics, so below I have provided a list of some key things that should be included in your child’s gym bag and some things that should be left at home 🙂
- Water Bottle (preferably reusable)
- Athletic Wear that does not contain any zippers or buttons (we don’t want to accidentally rip our mats)
- Bare feet (we will have a designated place to store shoes during classes, and ask that your child remove their socks as well)
- Hand sanitizer (we will have some, but you can never have too much these days)
- Mask (if you would like your child to wear one)
- Long hair should be tied back and out of your child’s face
- No jewelry (stud earrings are ok)
- Open cuts/scrapes/warts, etc should be covered
- (If applicable) an inhaler or anything else required for medical conditions – if this is the case please let me know
- A positive attitude and a big smile 🙂
